Fête de la Musique is an annual day celebrating Music. This year, the event featured a concert entitled ‘Confusion,’ organised by Makan in cooperation with the French Cultural Centre at Dar Al-Anda Gallery in Amman. Confusion is the result of a collaborative project where Makan brought together a group of musicians to share, brainstorm, and connect. They met and rehearsed at Makan, they describe their music as simply music of its time, people and place. The participants were Ala Diab (laptop), Ahmed Barakat (oud), Nidal Abdel Ghani (bass guitar), Najati Al- Suloh (guitar), Ruba Saqr (voice) and Zaina Azouka (piano).
