Makan was transformed, it was not the art space people have been used to, but it was conspicuously acting  as the neighborhood's sound station for a few weeks.

Makan had been collecting and recording sounds from Jabal Alwebdeh for the last month and through its balcony, these sounds were re-transmitted and re-mixed  with other audio materials as an experiment on daydreaming

The transmitions took place at random times and on random days, and will form a narrative that was probably only traceable in its entirety as a matter of chance. You can follow the development of the transmitions on Makan's  blog.

The latest transmition was a public performance, with audience participation and was announced for at a later date.
